 Our shock absorber utilizes the monotube structure designed with 54mm large volume shock body and a 46mm piston. The oil-gas separation design provides smooth and consistent damping that was difficult to achieve by the dual tube structure. With the matched coil spring (cold formed and processed in the exact same way as those by Bilsten and Eibach), our coilovers provide incomparable smoothness and stability. Each shock absorber provides independent ride height adjustability Muti-oil seal and dust proof design largely improves the oil-leakage problem that most of the monotube structure suffers. The coilover utilizes an inner tube flow
control piston to adjust the compression and rebound dampers
separately. Unlike other brands that offer only single
adjust knob, The Macpherson version of our coilover is equipped with enhanced upper and lower mounts (high-stress resistant steel plate and utherine) which provide both lightweight and strength. The optional pillowball mount uses Aurora USA's spherical bearing (used on F16 Jet Fighters) and is capable of withstanding impact force of more than 25,300 lbs . |
