4-1 Headers
This is the header that put DC Sports on the map. This race-inspired design maximizes top end power without sacrificing low to mid range power. This header utilizes a true 4-1 trapezoidal merge collector which allows exhaust gases to flow into the collector without turbulence. Another benefit of this merge is that it provides superior ground clearance by offsetting the top and bottom tubes. - Available in ceramic coated mild steel and T-304 stainless steel - Mandrel bent tubing - CNC Machined Flanges - 10-12 HP Average gain - Near equal length primaries
4-2-1 One Piece Headers
This header is second to none when it comes to performance. The one piece design reduces weight by removing the two middle flanges. The result is a header that is two pounds lighter than the two piece model. If you are looking for performance and the lightest setup possible, then this is the header for you. K-Series Headers
Countless hours of research and development went into the creation of this header. The change in the design of the factory exhaust system presented a new set of challenges for DC Sports engineers. With the stock catalytic converter welded to the secondary, the R&D Department had to find a way to create power out of the primary only. Computer aided design and extensive dyno testing led to our successful collector design.
